Fortuna Spinning her Wheel of Fortune in the 13th Century

In the medieval ages and in Shakespeare's time it was believed that life is a wheel that is turned by the goddess Fortuna.
The wheel for the king has four stages: 1. left: regnabo (I shall govern) 2. top: regno (I am governing)
3. right: regnavi (I used to govern) 4. bottom: sum sine regno (I am without kingdom)
Mark the stages of Macbeth's rise and fall. At what point can he say "regno" because he is at the height of his power?
